In college I was a track and field athlete, NCAA championship participant and focused on Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, and Physical Therapy.
In 2011 I had a tire blow out driving up a canyon, I was severely injured as my brother and I drove off a 60' cliff.
I was unconscious for 20 minutes, fractured 4 ribs and my entire torso was twisted 20 degrees to the right.
I was in constant agonizing pain, unable to move my neck at all, and and feeling desperate to get help.
I lost complete sense of who I was.
